The Lakestone Village Annual HOA Meeting will be held virtually this year due to COVID-19. The event will be Wednesday, October 14th at 7:30 PM.

Letters with instructions for joining the virtual meeting will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the meeting. They will also include proxies and biographies of those running for the board (if available).

There are 3 board seats up for election this year. If you're interested in running, we highly recommend declaring your intent as soon as possible so your bio can be included in the resident letter. Please email lakvilla@ciramail.com

Due to a scheduling conflict, the February Board Meeting will begin at 7:30 PM not our normal 7 PM start time.

• Crafts

Please bring new or used items to donate to local animal shelters and rescues this holiday season (towels, blankets, pet food, treats, leashes, collars, toys, laundry detergent, paper towels).

The Annual Lakestone Village Home Owners Association Meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday of October. This year's meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 9th at 7 PM at Destination Community Church.
The meeting is open to all residents and residents are encouraged to attend!
The meeting will include a presentation of the 2020 Budget, a review of HOA activities since the last meeting, and an election of board members.
There will be 3 HOA Board positions available (two 3-year terms and one 1-year term). If you're interested in running, please contact lakvilla@ciramail.com

The Lakestone Village Community Yard Sale will be held on April 6th. If you plan on participating, please assist in promoting the sale as the date gets closer. We look forward to another successful event! 
The LEAP Committee will post the signs along the main roads and entrances. 
Please remember that each home MUST apply for a Yard Sale permit through the Town of Fuquay-Varina. Visit Town Hall for more information.
